To Report a Lost or Stolen Bank Card:
Call our TeleBanking line at 1-888-696-6288, select More Choices - press option 8 to report a lost or stolen card. You will need your account number, date of birth and social security number. Ensure you receive confirmation that your card(s) were successfully reported lost or stolen to prohibit unauthorized usage.

Visit one of our convenient banking locations during regular business hours and speak to a Customer Service Representative to re-order another card or reactivate a found card.
